Yes, of course, you are welcome to do as much or as little as you like.

Can you organise an architect?
We can certainly recommend associates to you with the necessary experience.

Can I see evidence of previous work?
Yes, we have a full portfolio on this site so you can see we are what we say! 

Will there be any hidden costs?
Our quotations are always detailed and exact.  Sometimes, however, there are unforeseen situations that can mean an extra cost but we never proceed without full discussion and agreement with our client.

Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we do and we are always happy to supply a copy of our certificate for your perusal.

Can you help with planning applications?
We can certainly help liaise with your local building control department and you can find help at Cherwell District Council’s planning port.
